Questions I get.
- What kind of projects do you take on?
- Custom-coded marketing sites, e-commerce storefronts, web apps and MVPs, and AI features built into existing products. Recent builds include a school admissions portal, a 600K-subscriber creator's storefront, and my own AI product running on Claude, GPT and Gemini. If it needs a page-builder or a theme marketplace, I'm the wrong person and I'll say so.
- How long does a project take?
- Most marketing sites and MVPs go live in 3–4 weeks. Larger builds — dashboards, portals, multi-phase products — run 6–10 weeks. The fastest full build I've shipped was a school website plus an admissions admin panel in 7 days, where other agencies had quoted six months.
- What does a project cost?
- Every project is quoted individually after a short call, and that quote is fixed and in writing before any work starts — no hourly creep, no change-order games. What moves the number is scope: page count, whether you need to edit the site yourself, and whether payments or logins are involved.
- Do I own the code?
- Yes, entirely. Clean repository, README, an architecture walkthrough and a signed IP transfer. No platform lock-in, no monthly rent to me or anyone else, and nothing that forces the next developer to start over. Hosting is yours too.
- Do you work with clients outside India?
- Most product work is international. I'm in Himachal Pradesh (IST), which overlaps with US mornings, UK afternoons and Gulf evenings — calls in your time zone, async when you'd rather not meet. Milestone billing, and a repo your future in-house team can take over on day one.
